Corporate Travel Booking Engine
The ezCorporate booking engine allows you to aggregate multi-GDS, wholesale, private and web-fares into one centralized database. This database is accessed through an easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI) that your clients can use to display some of the lowest airfares on the Internet. The ezCorporate booking engine can be created as a private label (customized) website with its own unique look, or it can be co-branded (framed) to match the colors palettes of your website.

Business to Business (B2B) Booking Engine
The ezCorporate B2B booking engine was designed to provide traditional corporate travel agents (as well as home-based agents) with a complete booking solution accessible from the Internet. Instead of having to contact multiple websites and consolidators to find the lowest airfares, the B2B booking tool provides a single resource to search and book substantially discounted airfares. All the agent has to do is to login into the website, access the discounted airfare, add the suggested mark-up and book the reservation. At this point the booking can either be driven to the travel agencies own ARC # or driven to the fulfillment/customer service center of choice.

Travel Policy Management
ezCorporate provides the Corporate Travel Manager with an effective travel policy management tool that can be accessed by the internet. This tool allows the Corporate Travel Manager to login and fill out a template that is immediately translated into the rules that are enforced on the ezCorporate website. Rules such as advance purchase requirements, preferred supplier agreements and pre-trip authorization can all be inputted into the database and enforced by the booking engine to provide your clients with substantial savings on their T&E budgets.

Yielding Module
The ezCorporate booking engine is unique in that it aggregates wholesale (discounted) airline inventory into one central database. This discounted inventory can be run through the ezGDS Yielding Module that compares the wholesale inventory to the lowest available published (retail) fare. Once the Yielding Module has compared the fares, it then determines what an acceptable mark-up (yield) is. This yield is then added to the wholesale fare so that the website maximizes its profit on every airline ticket sold.

Fulfillment Module
The ezGDS Fulfillment Module offers a complete Quality Control (QC) and auto-ticketing system that can be easily integrated into the ezCorporate booking engine. Once the booking engine has completed the sale, the fulfillment module automatically verifies the credit card, checks the PNR for accuracy, runs the tickets in the appropriate order, drives the information into the reporting/accounting function, issues an email to the client, inputs the FedEx tracking information into the PNR and prints the shipping label (if there is a paper ticket). All exceptions and problems are sent to a separate queue that can be manually reviewed by an agent.

Online Travel Reports
Once an online transaction is completed, the ezGDS Online Reporting System immediately drives the transaction into the database. This travel information is accessible by the agency or the corporate travel manager 24 hours a day through an online reporting tool that tracks all critical sales, marketing, pre-trip authorizations and accounting information. Access to this instantaneous information will become an essential part of managing the sales, marketing and accounting elements of your company.
