OVERVIEW
The ezConsolidator online travel booking solution can assist you in managing and distributing your wholesale travel content by providing you with an online consolidator booking engine. This booking engine allows you to manage and display your private, net and commissionable fares in one central, secure database that can be accessed by your agents, clients and online consumers via your own wholesale or retail website. In addition, ezConsolidator allows you to display your travel content to millions of new clients through the
ezGDS Distribution Channel.

Consolidator Booking Engine
The ezConsolidator booking engine was developed specifically for wholesale travel companies that want to provide access to their inventory through the Internet. The ezConsolidator booking solution is unique in that it allows you to aggregate your entire travel inventory into one central database. This database can then be accessed through a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that allows your company to display either your private content or GDS content as well. The booking engine can either be created as a private labeled (customized) website that will allow your company to create its own unique look, or it can be co-branded (framed) to match the colors palettes of your website.
Business to Business (B2B) Booking Engine
The ezConsolidator B2B booking engine was designed to provide consolidators with a complete intra-office booking solution accessible from the Internet. This tool is extremely helpful for consolidators that want to aggregate their content into one centralized database. This centralized database can become a single resource for the consolidator’s travel agents to search and book the consolidator’s entire travel inventory. In addition, it can be used by Management and Accounting (in conjunction with the Contract Management and the Online Reporting Tools) to track critical sales, commissions, mark-ups, credit card processing fees and Accounts Payable and Receivable information.
Contract Management
The Contract Management tool is extremely helpful for consolidators that want to aggregate their content into one centralized database. In conjunction with offering a tool to access Private Fares, the contract management system allows suppliers to add their own negotiated pricing content into the booking engine. This toolkit allows for all types of override programs, discount fares, net contracts in addition to any additional incentive programs that will need to be managed and controlled through the ezConsolidator booking engine. The supplier simply uploads their content and the engine will validate and enforce all of the defined rules and restrictions before presenting the fares to the user.
Online Travel Reports
The ezConsolidator Online Travel Reports work perfectly for the consolidator. Once the online transaction is completed, the ezGDS Online Reporting System immediately drives the transaction into the database. This travel information is accessible by the consolidator 24 hours a day through an online reporting tool that tracks all critical sales, marketing and accounting information. This information can be tracked per activity, transaction, period of time or client.
Fulfillment Module
ezConsolidator has a booking management system that allows each reservation to be managed and tracked during the entire reservation and fulfillment process. The fulfillment module automatically verifies the credit card, checks the PNR for accuracy, runs the tickets in the appropriate order, drives the information into the reporting/ accounting function, issues an email to the client, inputs the FedEx tracking information into the PNR and prints the shipping label (if there is a paper ticket). All exceptions and problems are sent to a separate queue that can be manually reviewed by an agent.
