Booking Engine
The ezAid booking engine is a complete booking solution that can be integrated into your organizations website and back office. This booking solution allows you to aggregate multiple sources of discounted travel inventory into one centralized database that can be accessed through an easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI). The ezAid booking engine can be created as a private label (customized) website with its own unique look, or it can be co-branded (framed) to match the colors palettes of your website.
Yielding Module
The ezAid booking engine booking engine is unique in that it aggregates wholesale (discounted) airline inventory into one central database. This discounted inventory can be run through the ezGDS Yielding Module that compares the wholesale inventory to the lowest available published (retail) fare. Once the Yielding Module has compared the fares, it then determines what an acceptable mark-up (yield) is. This yield is then added to the wholesale fare so that the website maximizes its profit on every airline ticket sold.
Fulfillment Module
The ezGDS Fulfillment Module offers a complete Quality Control (QC) and auto-ticketing system that can be easily integrated into the ezAid booking engine. Once the booking engine has completed the sale, the fulfillment module automatically verifies the credit card, checks the PNR for accuracy, runs the tickets in the appropriate order, drives the information into the reporting/accounting function, issues an email to the client, inputs the FedEx tracking information into the PNR and prints the shipping label (if there is a paper ticket). All exceptions and problems are sent to a separate queue that can be manually reviewed by an ezGDS agent.
Online Travel Reports
Once an online transaction is completed, the ezGDS Online Reporting System immediately drives the transaction into the database. This up to the minute travel information is accessible 24 hours a day through an online reporting tool that tracks all critical sales, marketing and accounting information. This information can be tracked per activity, transaction, period of time or client. This instantaneous tracking system is critical for monitoring and managing all of the sales, accounting and marketing functions of your organization.
