SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS

Easy Integration
Integration between the ezGDS booking engine and the Travel Support Center is EZ. The ezGDS booking engine and the Travel Support Center both utilize the same database and Internet Booking Technology so that any and all information transferred between entities is seamless and accurate. Any agent can login into the ezGDS database via an interface tool and make changes to the record which is then recorded in the clients GDS. In addition, all changes made in the clients GDS are then transferred back to the ezGDS database for seamless tracking of critical client data. This system creates one unified database that the customer, agent or client can access to validate that all customer service concerns have been resolved.

Customer Service
The Travel Support Center only hires highly experienced travel agents with a minimum of 5 years travel industry experience. Although the cost of these agents is higher than outsourced employees, we have found that the level of service that our agents provide is worth the extra costs. Our highly experienced travel agents provide our clients confidence that their clients are going to taken care of with the utmost integrity, care and efficiency. In addition, if our agents can find an additional revenue or cost-saving opportunity, they pass on these savings to the client.

Customized Communication System
In order to insure that your customers get the personalized attention they deserve, any and all communications between the client and the Travel Support Center is customized to represent your companies existing branding efforts. Our customized communication system provides for a seamless experience for your clients. In fact, in most cases the client does not even know that they are being taken care of from a company different than your own. From the way our agents answer every phone call by client to the final email confirmation, all communications represent your companies name and brand.

Fulfillment Services
The Travel Support Center utilizes the complete suite of ezGDS solutions. Once the engine completes the booking, the fulfillment system runs the credit card verification, performs the QC checks, automatically runs the tickets in the appropriate pseudo, drives the information into the reporting/ accounting function, issues an email to the client, inputs the Fedex tracking information into the PNR and prints up the shipping label if there is a paper ticket. All exceptions and problems are sent to a separate queue that is manually reviewed by an agent.

Online Reporting
The Travel Support Center uses the ezGDS Online Reporting Product for seamless online tracking of client information. This travel information is accessible 24 hours a day through an online reporting tool that tracks all critical sales, marketing and accounting information. This information can be tracked per activity, transaction, period of time or client. This instantaneous tracking system is critical for monitoring and managing all of the sales, accounting and marketing functions of your company.

Accounting Department
All transactions run through the Travel Support Center are driven into the ezGDS Back Office for seamless collection of essential accounting information. The Accounting Department then calculates the monies due the client and drafts those funds (less fulfillment fees) into the client’s bank account on a weekly basis. In addition, all debit memos and charge backs are negotiated by the Travel Support Center on behalf of the client.
